Shell at Fishers Landing Phase 1

Plateau Geoscience Group completed a Phase I ESA for a Shell gas station located on Cascade Park Drive in Fisher’s Landing area of Vancouver, WA. The Shell station is located in a highly developed area, surrounded by commercial properties, and is a paved and operating gas station. The results of the Phase I ESA indicated no recognized environmental conditions, or historic recognized environmental conditions are associated with this property.
