C-TRAN PROSPECTIVE PROPERTY PURCHASE PHASE 1 ESA, VANCOUVER WA

A Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment was conducted at the request of C-Tran, Vancouver, WA, to support consideration of purchase of a property in Vancouver, WA. The Phase 1 was completed per ASTM guidance to determine whether any Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) or Historic Recognized Environmental Conditions (HRECs) exist for the property. AFter a thorough records search, site visit, and appropriate interviews, no RECs or HRECs were identified for the property.
